Shipping & Returns

Our Return Policy covers all products sold by LANYSPACE. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return
it within 15 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please submit a return request in your account. Please note that specific items, such as custom-made or personalized products, final sales, wholesale items, clearance, and design-collaboration
merchandise, are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of its receipt. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Please note that a restocking fee of $25 will be charged for each item returned.

To be eligible for a full refund, the original item(s) MUST be in new condition ( includes the original plastic bag) and returned without:

• Traces of pet hair or allergens
• Any marks
• Indications of use, laundering, or inadequate maintenance
• Defects or discolorations

Please be aware that every returned item undergoes a comprehensive evaluation, and a refund will not be issued in a state that prevents it from being resold.

Please note that return labels are currently only provided for customers in the United States. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for obtaining and covering the cost of their return shipping labels. 

Please return the product within 30 days after we approve your return to avoid any late fees or additional charges. Overdue will automatically close returns without any refund.

Steps for Returning the Product:

1. Prepare the Product: Please make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it, along with packaging.
2. Drop-off Location: Use the pre-paid return label and drop off the product to any of the USPS stores nearby .
3. Receipt Confirmation: Upon successful return, you'll receive an email confirmation from us.

Please ensure that the original packaging or similar packaging is used to ship the returned item(s) to prevent damage during transport.

For customers residing in the U.S.: If you received your order within the last 15 days at a U.S. address, we offer a prepaid return shipping label to assist you with the return process. However, please note that we charge a $25 processing fee for each returned item.

For our products, you may exchange your product within15 days of the
delivery date at no extra cost if you are residing in the U.S. Exchanges are not currently available for customers residing outside the U.S.

You may only exchange an order once, and discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Instead, we will credit you the full retail value of the item being exchanged. If the item you are exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund the difference. If it costs more, you will be charged for the difference. Exchange credits cannot be
saved for later use.

Returns will not be accepted or a partial refund may be issued if the returned item(s) show traces of pet dander or fur, dirt or grass stains, signs of wear, washing, improper care, damage, or stains. Additionally, the returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging to prevent damage during transport.
