Our Return Policy covers all products sold by LANYSPACE. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return
it within 15 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, first of all please submit a return request in your account. Please note that specific items, such as custom-made or personalized products, final sales, flash sales, wholesale items, clearance, and design-collaboration merchandise, are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of its receipt. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please note that a restocking fee of $45 will be charged for each item over $100, and a restocking fee of $25 will be charged for each item below $100.
To be eligible for a refund, the original item(s) MUST be in new condition ( includes the original plastic bag) and returned without:
- Traces of pet hair or allergens
- Any marks
- Indications of use, laundering, or inadequate maintenance
- Defects or discolorations
Please be aware that every returned item undergoes a comprehensive evaluation, and a refund will not be issued in a state that prevents it from being resold.
Please note that return labels are currently only provided for customers in the United States. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for obtaining and covering the cost of their return shipping labels.
Please return the product within 30 days after we approve your return to avoid any late fees or additional charges. Overdue will automatically close returns without any refund.
Steps for Returning the Product:
- Prepare the Product: Please make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it, along with packaging.
- Drop-off Location: Use the pre-paid return label and drop off the product to any of the USPS/Fedex/UPS stores nearby .
- Receipt Confirmation: Upon successful return, you'll receive an email confirmation from us.
Please ensure that the original packaging or similar packaging is used to ship the returned item(s) to prevent damage during transport.
